Everything was really good, I appreciated my stay. The staff members were all helpful and attentive. Booked a junior suite with coffee and tea making equipment, a seating area, and a work desk.

It is fabulous hotel, I loved its fashionable rooms and exceptional staff.

It had central location close to Chafariz do Miradouro de Santa Luzia.

The hotel was atmospheric with perfect rooms and I liked informative staff.

We enjoyed staff and location, they were great. Plenty of food at the breakfast, including fresh fruit, pastries, fresh bread, cereals and croissants.

All in all everything was perfect, had a comfortable stay for a bigger room. The venue was set in the very central position just next door to Alfama as well as the center and the castle Sao Jorge. I was met by pleasant and consistently courteous staff at the lobby. I loved croissants, pastries, cereal, cheese and breads for breakfast, which was included.

We enjoyed to be here, its staff and location. The beds were very uncomfortable here, yet it was a wonderful stay all in all.

Beautiful old hotel with brand-new rooms and best staff. The location is in 5 minutes' walk to Martim Moniz subway station. I would stay here again, I appreciated cereals, fresh fruit, bread, pastries and croissants early in the morning.

The staff was supper friendly, the hotel was clean and placed in a busy part of the city near to Alfama, restaurants. The room was very comfortable, exceptionally comfortable bed. We had gorgeous breakfast at a reasonable price.

We got a room with a Jacuzzi. It was a fabulous experience in a stylish hotel.

Fairly clean hotel, fresh made breakfast, the location is unbeatable not far from the famous historical tram E28, quaint old style Lisbon tram stops. Enjoyable base for long weekend.

Staff was highly efficient, location marvelous, bed spacious. My continental breakfast was perfect and hot, loved its service. The hotel took care of the impeccable service too. The whole experience was really nice.

It was fairly clean, and the people were responsible. Well priced rooms, warm and cosy.

Continental breakfast, perfect food, incredibly welcoming staff. Room had a luxurious bathroom and coffee, air conditioning and terrace. Also, a historic castle was 1 mile away from the property. Relaxed by the pool, it was great, especially when the weather was pleasant.

I loved that the reception was excellent.

The room was spacious, the staff was polite. Our room had a comfy bed and an astonishing view. Outdoor bar with hot drinks.

Exceptional location, not too far away from a city square. Moreover, there was a lake within 25 mins walk from the hotel. Delightful view, a great balcony, large bed, too. Exceptionally nice staff was willing to help, made sure our stay was just perfect.

Shame the bathroom was too small.

I have stayed here before now, it's still a well maintained hotel. For breakfast there were bacon and eggs. The bkfast staff had a very pleasant manner.

Location was not bad, room was convenient. Outstandingly accommodating staff, VERY LOVELY stay. The food was so delicious, with plenty of options. Inexpensive hotel, 0.5 miles from Humberto Delgado airport. Efficient service throughout too.

Efficient staff team and comprehensive breakfast. Room had a modern bathroom that we loved. Cheerful hotel in central area. Perfect service offered too.

The breakfast was huge & parking was nearby. Superior double room is large and has a mini bar fridge, a private safe and flat-screen TV.
